This is a favorite snack for all those who enjoy Oriental dishes. What's not to like about potatoes? Zip them up in a spicy Chinese recipe, and it is a winner for the Indian taste. Almost all of us have eaten Honey Chilli Potatoes at a stall or in a restaurant at some point. So why not try to make this snack at home? Honey Chilli Potato Recipe Ingredients: - 2 medium sized potatoes, peeled and sliced to make fries - 3 tbsp Cornflour - salt and chilli powder to taste - 2 spring onions, chopped finely along with stems - 1 capsicum sliced - 1 tbsp garlic paste - 1/4 tsp spy sauce - 2 tsp chilli sauce - 3 tsp white sesame seeds Method: - Mix the cornflour, salt and chilli powder in a bowl. Add the potatoes and mix well. Now deep fry the potatoes till they are cooked and golden. - In a wok, heat a tsp of oil and add spring onions and garlic paste to it. Cook on high heat for a minute. - Now add capsicum, honey, salt, soy sauce and chilli sauce. Saute for a couple of minutes. - Add the fried potatoes and sesame seeds. Mix well. - Garnish with chopped green stems of spring onions and serve hot. Enjoy!
