Yummy Aloo Palak Parathas
Ingredients: Boiled and mashed potatoes, blanched and pureed palak, salt, spices, oil and whole wheat flour.
1. Combine all the ingredients in a large bowl and knead into a soft but firm dough.
2. Leave the dough aside for 20-30 minutes, covered with a wet muslin cloth.
3. Now make balls out of the dough, roll them and cook on both sides on a hot gridle. Smear with a little oil on both sides.
4. Your hot aloo palak parathas are ready. Serve hot with butter and fresh curds.
