You don't need to waste money on a fancy briefcase or a designer kit. Any small bag or pouch will work as a first aid kit. If you or your family travels a lot, you should be looking for a pouch that is drop-proof, light and compact. One you have your kit chosen, you need to decide what shall be the contents of your first aid kit.

- Sterile gauze pads and cotton wool.

- Antiseptic liquid, creams and sprays.

- Crepe bandage, and adhesive bandage.

- Non adhesive pads for covering burns and wounds.

- Scissors and tweezers.

- Rubber gloves.

- Ibuprofen, Paracitamol, and digestive pills.
