A chilled Cola does look so inviting when you are sweating in the summer heat, but we all know that it's not gonna do any favours to your waistline. Lemonade is a better option, more natural and less harmful in the toxins department. But even lemonade is full of calories and makes you fatter. So are there any drinks that are cool to hang out with, and also help you kick a few inches off your waist?

Drinks That Help in Losing Weight

1. Watermelon Juice/Smoothie.

2. Water, plain or flavoured with citrus fruit etc.

3. Iced Green Tea, without sugar.

4. Iced Peppermint Tea.

5. Pineapple Frappe, made with flaxseeds.
