Summer is upon us and how! Temperatures are soaring above 40 degrees and there is no respite from the searing heat. Since the sun can soak moisture from your skin and body, you must keep yourself hydrated at all times. Consume enough water and better still you could have coconut water. Nothing cools your body better! Do exfoliate your skin at least once a week. You should not forget the rules of keeping good health which are - get exercise, sleep well and keep yourself stress free!
