Sometimes we feel listless, dull and tired. That's okay really coz everyone feels like that at some point of time. But do you feel like this more often than not? If you experience constant tiredness and lack of energy, it is time to sit up and treat this with seriousness. Many people would be tempted to consider depression as a reason for such a condition. But before you go around the business of seeing a psychologist, take a moment to think about your sleeping patterns.
Do you sleep well? Is yours a sound sleep? Do you sleep for 6-8 hours or not? Do you wake up often in the middle of the night? Are you watching too much late night telly? The fact is that 6 hours of sleep may be enough for one person but not quite enough for someone else. So how do you know whether you are sleep deprived? Here are a few classic signs which deserve serious attention:
- Loss of Appetite
- Inability to Focus
- Lack of Energy / Tiredness
- Nausea / Feeling Sick
If you observe these symptoms often, you are sleep deprived. Do something about it before it starts affecting you in a more noticeable way!
