Improve Your Sleeping Habits To Improve Your Looks

They don't call it "Beauty Sleep" for nothing! It is a fact that people who get proper sleep of 8 hours everyday have better skin and general health & beauty. So naturally it follows that you can become more beautiful if you get your beauty sleep properly. Sounds difficult? Try these tips:

1. Avoid heavy eating late in the night. If you wish to sleep well and be healthy, you should avoid eating dinner late in the night. So have a light dinner at least 3 hours before your bed time. Remember your body cannot use the calories you consume in the night since there is no activity as you sleep. So keep it light and make it early.

2. Turn off the telly and the lights.  Some people cultivate the annoying habit of using the television as a sleeping aid. If you are one of them, get rid of immediately. Turn off ll the lights and turn off all the disturbing sounds like radio/television etc. You must sleep in a dark and uiet environment for the best sleep.

3. Cultivate a sleep routine. There should be a set of activities that you do just before sleeping. These could be washing your face, burishing your teeth, using the washroom, clearing the bed etc. When you follow this routine every day, it tells your body that it's time to sleep.

4. Remain active during the day. Exercising and activity makes you tired and that is always a great thing because being tired helps in promoting sleep. The more active you are, better will be your ability to sleep properly.
