Flush Out With H2O: Acne may be caused due to many factors, one of them being toxins in your body. Drinking a lot of water helps in flushing out these toxic substances from your body. Every adult must drink at least 8 glasses of water every day. It helps in acne control and also keeps you in shape.

Balanced Diet: A well balanced diet is essential for a healthy glowing skin. If your diet is not nutritious, your skin will start looking pallid and sickly. Also, you become more prone to wrinkles at an early age. So stop denying yourself the good stuff.

Oily/Fried Foods: If your skin is naturally oily, or if you are prone to acne, you just have to cut back on oily/fatty/fried foodstuffs. No matter how much you enjoy those yummy samosas, you must control the urge. Try not to overeat on the unhealthy stuff.

Wash Your Face: To keep your face clean, wash your face with cold water every 3-4 hours. Cleanliness of your face is the first step towards controlling pimples. You need not use any soap, just splash some cold water on your face every few hours.

Exercise Regularly: A sedentary lifestyle can ruin your skin just as it may ruin your health. So it is very important to work out regularly if you want to have a glowing and youthful skin.

No Breakage: no matter how tempted you are, please do not break your pimples with your fingers. Broken pimples often leave scars. Secondly, breakage also spreads the infection, thereby worsening your acne situation.
