After a certain age, salt does not only affect your blood pleasure, but even the way you look! Believe it or not, too much salt may actually be the cause for your older aging skin! It causes under-eye puffiness and makes you look old and tired.

This means, cutting down a little taste from your daily diet can help you look younger and of course live longer!

Circles can also be caused by lack of sleep. Try to get the same amount of sleep every night and wake up at the same time. Regular sleeping habits will help you rub off your dark circles.

There are some other ways too, to get rid of these dark marks:

Keep the eye mask in the refrigerator and apply for 10 minutes before applying make up. After you take it off gently massage eyes from underneath eye towards ears. This is the direction for draining fluid from the face. Do not rub toward your nose. A gentle touch is all that is needed.

Anything that is cool will reduce puffiness. You may have red skin for a few minutes but it will fade.

Skin that is very thin under the eye can appear as dark circles. Often stress causes the appearance of circles, bags under the eyes, skin disruptions, wrinkles around the eyes and premature aging too. So try to relax and keep you mind tension free. You can even consider meditation to reduce stress.

Another good overnight solution to reduce these dark valleys around your eyes is to place cotton soaked in cold water on your eyes and, well, doze off! It will bring unbelievable results the next morning, not just reducing dark circles but even your age buy several years!
