We are "just friends" no more!

We are just friends!

This is the one line that has been used by our Bollywood celebs for many years to ward off any speculation into their romantic liasons. But not any more! The young breed of bollywood stars believes in flaunting their relationships. Whether we talk of Saif-Kareena, or Ranbir-Deeepika, or the new kid on the block Imran-Avantika....they are all going out of their way to show off their love.

Everyone knows what a fool Saifu made of himself so many times by showing off his relationship with Bebo in a silly manner. Interestingly, he even got a tatoo for her. Ranbir and Deepika surprised everyone by narrating the story of their love to a magazine. Everything from how they met to their first date to the fisrt movie they saw together to how he wooed her...every bean was spilled!!! UNPRECEDENTED yaar!

So what's making the stars show off their private lives to the media and the public? Is it just a wave of being open? Or is it more than that? Personally, I think that all this nautanki is just a way to grab media attention and to stay in the limelight. Works well for the movies as well I s'pose!

At the same time, some stars still believe in the old formula...we r just frnds! That's Salman-Katrina for you. The way Katrina's career has shaped up, she does not really need any public relationship to boost her publicity campaign I guess!!! But she does look much better with Akki, I must add.
