If alcohol is not your cup of tea, what would you do at a cocktail party? Well we have just the answer to that. Sip on an exquisite ‘mocktail’ – a mixture of fruit juices, flavors and garnishes. A sort of rum punch without the rum, but certainly with a lot of punch and served in stylish cocktail glasses.

Raise a toast with these:

Ingredients:

2 cups coconut milk
2 cups pineapple juice
1 tbsp powdered sugar
1/4 cup finely chopped pineapple piece
Crushed ice

Method:

Blend coconut milk, pineapple juice and sugar together.

Designated Appletini: The Recipe

The Designated Appletini is a non-alcoholic version of the Apple Martini. This delicious blend can be spiked by adding gin or vodka also.

INGREDIENTS:

2 oz freshly pressed apple juice (green or gold apples)
1/2 oz simple syrup
1/4 oz lemon juice
granulated sugar for rimming
apple slice for garnish

PREPARATION:

Add apple juice, simple syrup and lemon juice to a cocktail shaker filled with ice.
Shake well.
Strain into a chilled cocktail glass rimmed with granulated sugar.
Garnish with an apple slice.

So the winter is on its last legs! We all know what that means, Right? The summer is right ahead, folks. So I am about to post some of the greatest mocktail/cocktail recipes in a couple of posts. Be sure to try them at least 2-3 times before you invite any guests over to show off your mixing skills.

Virgin Mary

This is a non-alcoholic version of the very famous "Bloody Mary". Basically this is a tomato juice based drink that's spicy enough to suit the Indian taste.

Ingredients

90 ml tomato juice
15 ml lemon juice
1 dash of Worcestershire sauce
salt
