Last year, the case of a woman from Chembur, Mumbai made waves in the media. The woman in question had opted for a (very expensive) hair re-bonding procedure, but ended up losing all her hair. While the fate of her case is not known, one thing that we are sure of is the fact that it will take a long time for her hair to return to its pre-bonding state (if it happens at all).
