Shyama and Radhika, both passed out of Management college in the same year. As fate would have it, they both joined “Creative Content” as executives after finishing graduation. Today, Shyama is a Manager, while Radhika is still stuck at Executive level. While Shyama is seen as a responsible performer, Radhika is constantly asked to improve performance. But interview being a two way interaction should always have scope for you to find out information about the company you might be joining.
When you are sitting for a job interview, the world beyond your interviewer’s cabin is as unknown to you as you are to the interviewer. Yet, the interviewer gets to ask all the right questions to dig out all the information about you! And at the end of it all, when he does ask you to ‘ask something’, you just can’t think of anything except… maybe… ‘when do I expect a call from you?’
