Of all the industries, our film industry has the lowest age of retirement! And if you decide to work even after your retirement age, you have to settle for supporting, motherly/fatherly or character roles. That’s because it’s the only industry where youth is preferred over experience! It’s the only industry where you cannot bank on the number of merits (hits and super hits) and awards on your CV to bag a good offer.
