Leela and other fitness professionals in the country are busier than ever, all thanks to SRK. Who would have imagined that SRK would spawn a health revolution in this country? The sweet, the chocolatey, the charming, the funny SRK! He was perceived to have everything, but a body to die for. And then OSO happened. SRK suddenly developed a fetish for muscles and abs. And lo! Everyone in this country wants abs now.

After Swami Ramdev, it's SRK's abs that have fuelled a health consciousness amongst us Indians. Even people in their 50's want to get rid of their tyres and love handles. And those who are in their 40's have their eyes set on those gorgeous six pack abs. Leela informs us that the number of clients aged above 35 has suddenly increased. And it's not just the men who are jumping on to the health bandwagon. Women (young or not-so-young) are more and more conscious about watching their weight.

The wellness revolution doesn't stop here. Women are going in for regular spa treatments, facials, massages and even botox treatments. Anything to beat the effects of ageing. It seems like 40's are the new 20's. Sexy dads and even sexier moms are the order of the day.

> The first and the basic point is to get in shape. Register for a yoga class, an aerobics class or even some good old gymming. Just try to lose the excess flab you have accumulated over the years. If money is a constraint, simply walk for an hour every day.

> Get a smart and trendy wardrobe. Try Western wear even if you have never tried it before. It will surely take some years off you! Wear clothes that complement your body type. Wear bright colorful clothes that go well with your complexion. Just because you are past your 30's does not mean that you have to wear boring clothes.

> Get rid of the gold. Gold jewllery is so boring! Wear smart and chic platinum/diamond jewllery. To get a trendy look, be minimalistic with the jewllery. 'Less is more' is the mantra here. But whatever you wear should be trendy enough to make a style statement.

> Get a new hairdo. Color your hair if you have grays. Get your hair cut in a completely new style. Keep changing your look to appear fresh and vibrant. Experimenting with colors is not a bad idea if you can do it comfortably.

> Last, but not the least, Develop an attitude of youth. If you feel you are getting old, even botox cannot help you look young. A wise man once said that life actually began at 40. Stick with this and feel young at heart. If you develop the right attitude, you can look and feel young inspite of a sagging body and a wrinkled face. Otherwise, even a toned body and
a wrinkle-free face cannot help you!
