If you've already started lamenting about the age difference, don't ye worry people! Simi and Karan are joining hands for a new television show. The two will be co-judging a talent show to be aired on NDTV's "Imagine". The show will be called "Say Shaava Shaava", and will be unlike any reality show we have seen so far.

"Say Shaava Shaava" will be like a real-life 'shaadi' with a lot of mauj masti and gaana bajaana. The show will neither have weekly episodes, and nor will it have seasons. It will be an 11-day music and dance extravaganza. The daily soap turf is already heavily competitive. So NDTV is trying out new ideas and roping in unusual combinations to get the TRP's.

There's no dearth of weepies on the idiot box. So Ekta Kapoor has not been roped in to produce daily soaps for Imagine. The channel is coming up with unusual shows for the audience which is perceived to be fed up of the weepies. There will be one show on a "Women's Home" and it's called 'Ek Packet Ummeed'. 'Radha Ki Betiyaan Kuch Kar Dikhayenge' is about these girls with dreams in their eyes, dreams that have nothing to do with finding love.

Can a channel survive without at least a few daily family soaps? So the channel has come up with 'Jasu Behn Jagatlal Joshi Ki Joint Family' and 'Main Teri Parchaai Hoon'. NDTV hopes to change our television viewing patterns and the whole telly experience with this new channel. Imagine!!!
