Well, they are all celebrities turned producers!

Yes, the sizzling at 30, Shilpa Shetty, is now taking up film production! She is all set to produce a yet untitled big budget action-comedy film under her production house S2 Global Productions.

But that doesn’t mean you will see any less of her on the big screen! She plans to cast herself in her self-produced movie, along with another pretty lady. The search for this ‘other’ lady is still on.

As it is quite visible from her not-so-frequent on-screen appearances, Shilpa has become quite choosy about her roles and the films she does. According to her publicist, Bhagwagar, now she takes up only those roles, which give her complete creative satisfaction.

So, to fulfil her thirst for more creative roles, she has decided to make a film for herself!

Shilpa’s other forthcoming movies include Sunny Deol and Neeraj Pathak’s The Man and an international venture titled Hanuman with filmmaker Uru Patel.

In The Man Shilpa is portraying a simple, dedicated girl who rises to instant global stardom - very similar to her real life experience.

And in Hanuman, she would be portraying Goddess Sita.

Considering the tattoos on her body, the role of Sita ji will certainly give her a BIG opportunity to explore creativity in the role!
