Shocked? It is meant to be! Even if it is not King Khan who it is referred to, it is simply unbelievable.

To clear out facts, this is an extract from the latest blog posting by the renowned actor, Aamir Khan and the ‘shahrukh’ here is not his professional rival, but Aamir’s pet dog! Here’s the context, straight from Aamir’s blog:

"A cool breeze is blowing, jannat ki hawa (breeze from the heavens), as my mother calls it. Ammi, Ira and Junaid are by my side and we are in the middle of one of our favourite board games 'Settlers of Catans'. Shah Rukh is licking my feet and I am feeding him biscuits every now and then. What more can I ask for?"

Later in his blog, the actor himself clarifies that this is just a co-incidence. He writes that Shahrukh is the name of his dog by chance as he got the dog as an extra baggage when he bought the Bungalow. He says that the dog was actually owned by the servants of his bungalow at Panchgani. Then, he goes on to narrate an entire story to rationalise the co-incidence! A story that almost cries for acceptance!

Apparently, his dog is a lot dearer to him than any of his family members. Why else will he mention Shahrukh again and again in the 400-word blog entry, while all other family members (namely, his mom and kids) enjoy only 10% of the blog space! In fact he even ends his beautiful narration of time spent at Panchgani with the mention of his adorable shahrukh!
