RE: Dieting for weight loss?

Lets get into the true sense of Dieting . It is the practice of eating habit food in a regulated fashion to achieve a particular objective where in in most of the colloquial cases the goal is weight loss. So dietng does not mean skip your regular meal/ strict to a particular food or ingesting lesser calries than required amount which needsti maintan your regular metabolism. Weight loss is basically related to increae your metabolism mechanism which in turn burn out those extra calories which will deposit at various fat pockets of your and makes the needle of your weighing machiene to tilt on a higher side. One can loss weight by sticking to less amount of food or by so called dieting but you can not get a permanent result. By prolonged dieting only your deposited fats gets utilised but your metaboloism rates would not increases. While regulated and balanced eating habit coupled with exercise (may be as a basic form of regular walking) would give you an encouraging outcome. So to conclude dieting would not advisable for a serious weight loss approach.
