Everyone remembers the much hyped press conference in which Viveik told the world how Salman had abused and threatened him. But the tables have turned today and our hero-in-distress is turning to Sallu bhai for mercy and forgiveness.

Viveik Oberoi called a Press Conference to disclose that on March 29th, a drunk Salman had called him 41 times and abused him to no end. He also claimed that Salman had threatened to kill him.
Now, this was years back, when the young and ambitious Viveik was still going around with Ash. Remember Ash, the maiden who had many a fling but none that she acknowledged publicly? Unfortunately for Viveik, his movies started to flop, and another eligible bachelor came up. And that was that for our young and ambitious lad.
Today
Fast forward to the 10th Rajiv Gandhi Awards function held at the Jamshed Bhabha Theatre, NCPA, last night. Viveik performed his famous item number Beedi jaleile at the awards function. As he finished and was on his way out, he stopped before Salman Khan [seated in the front row], folded his hands and bowed before him. Salman did nothing but shake his head.
People say that Salman neither forgives nor forgets. Perhaps it is true. When some reporters called Sallu Bhai and enquired about the incident, his shocking response was Viveik Who? So our young and ambitious lad Viveik is something like Dhobi ka kutta;na ghar ka na ghat ka.
