Before you start imagining Karena Kapoor slapping Saif in public, this is NOT about any “lovers’ spat”, yaar! The fight is not between a couple but between the eternal enemies - Saas & Bahu.

We have all seen so many MILs and DILs fighting it out, planning, conniving, deceiving, and doing so many other things in the various “Saas-Bahu” soaps. But Sahara One has decided to take the action a little further by incorporating this into a Reality TV Show! Can you imagine that? No dialogues, no rehearsals, only real action!

The show is being produced by Swastik Pictures, who are known for their shows like “Amber-Dhara” & “Mata Ki Chowki”. The show will have 15 MILs pitted against 15 DILs. All the participants will be the “saas-bahu” from television serials. The show will be called Saas Vs. Bahu and will last for 11 weeks. It will try to showcase the talent of all the participants.

If you think that the show has a unique and interesting concept, there’s more news for you. This will be the first reality show on Indian Television that will be telecast from Monday to Friday every week, for 11 weeks. If reports are to be believed, the show will focus on the positive aspects of this unique relationship. For extra glamour and entertainment, more than 100 celebrities from both Film and TV industry will appear on the show, in its different episodes. Looks like Bollywood faces a serious threat from the TV industry these days, right guys?
