Orange Colada
Ingredients:
Orange Juice-half a cup
Honey-1 tsp
Ground Cinnamon- a dash
Crushed ice- 1 cup
Method:
1. Mix together all the ingredients.
2. Blend at high speed
3. Serve chilled
Cocktail Punch
Ingredients:
Black Grapes- 2 cups
Pineapple-1 cup
Sugar- as per taste
Method:
1. Wash and clean the grapes and keep it aside
2. Cut pineapple into big chunks
3. Toss together the grapes and pineapple along with sugar and blend until smooth.
4. You could also add some ice for a thicker, colder drink.
5. Serve chilled.
Carrot- Beetroot Combo
Ingredients:
Carrots- 1/4 kg.
Beetroot-one (medium-sized)
Black pepper- a pinch
Salt-to taste
Juice- of half a lemon
Method:
1. Peel the carrots. Cut into one-inch pieces and keep aside.
2. Clean and cut the beetroot into slender wedges
3. Juice the carrot and beetroot together in a juicer- grinder.
4. Strain in a container. Add salt and black pepper to it.
5. Squeeze half a lemon in it.
6. Serve in a tall glass.
Melon Magic
Ingredients:
Seeded watermelons(chopped)- 2 cups
Crushed ice- 1 cup
Honey-2 tsp.
Black pepper- tsp.
Fresh Mint-to garnish(optional)
Method:
1. Combine watermelon, honey, ice and black pepper in a blender.
2. Blend until smooth
3. Garnish with mint
4. Serve chilled
5. Stir well before serving
Pineapple Passion
Ingredients:
Unsweetened pineapple juice- two cans
Lime Juice-1/4 cup
Gingerale- 2 cups
Method:
1. Combine pineapple juice, lime juice and sugar together.
2. Blend and chill.
3. Fill four glasses till half
4. Add gingerale and a scoop of sherbet to each glass.
5. Serve.
