How many of you actually went to see the movie after all the hype?
I did and I'd certainly not suggest this movie to anyone. I'm not sure if director Imtiaz ali was trying to amke the first half of the movie funny. If he was, he failed miserable. Kareena Kapoor is portrayed as this silly chatterbox who is stupid to the point of being irritating!!!
Movies are not real. I agree! But can't we at least have some link with reality? How many of you girls would try to get all friendly with a strange man on a night train? Or miss your train twice out of your over-friendly nature? Or share a room in a cheap hotel with a stranger? Or run away from your home to be with someone who doesn't even want to get married to you, and has made it clear!!!!!
What bull is this movie? I almost slept.

Bollywood makes films for the Indian masses which is a male dominated world. Add to it the chauvinistic attitude. Probably this is what that sells. This is commercial cinema.

I have seen only a few hindi movies. One has to have an open mind: not critical. By open may be it also could mean empty mind. Perhaps hindi movies put you on the way to zen!

I believe, the director is trying to make ab=nother DDLJ in 2007. Although he couldn't match the SRK performance with Sayiid's but it's not that bad at all.
