The two most contagious things in the world: Yawn and Smile. While it is easy to yawn as its germ becomes active anytime in long meetings, meaningless lectures, free advice from everyone and uninteresting conversations about your friend's aunty's son's girlfriend's silly job! But to smile is an art, a skill, a power and the most beautiful and precious jewel of an induvidual! Wearing a smile can draw people to you, put others at ease, cheer up others, seal a business deal, make the cutest guy ask you for coffee and even make your boyfriend's mother listen to you! Yet, not just any smile will do, though. Here's how to have a genuine, beautiful and infectious smile…

o Get good hygiene
Who would like to be infected by a yellow smile? So, the unsaid rule is to brush regularly and keep your teeth clean and mouth smelling fresh always!

o Get comfortable
Some people are a little nervous about smiling. If you don't think your smile looks good or that smiling makes you look unprofessional or vulnerable, think again! No matter how professional, intelligent, or in control you think a serious face (or worse, a frown) makes you appear, people almost always respond better to a smile.

o Think happy
The easiest way to a great smile is to be happy. You can't be happy all the time, of course, but you can think about things that can make you smile. Think about something or someone that you care about, or think about a joke that you always find hilarious.

o Smile with everything you have
A Smiling face is not juts about a pair of lips stretching ear-to-ear! But your eyes say a lot more than your lips. That is why it is important to think happy thoughts, you that you get a smiling twinkle in your eyes!

Remember, a smile is the best make up you put on, the most beautiful jewellery you wear, and the most pleasing and likable attribute that you carry! So,

Smile a lot, its something free you've got!
