Kareena Kapoor has made famous the term "Size Zero" in our country. This is the size where you cannot wear regular clothes made for regular people. Regular clothes hang on you like they would hang on a hanger ;-)

Anyway, jokes apart, this has started a revolution both in Bollywood and in real world. Not only the actresses, but young girls allover the country are trying to shed weight unnecessarily. Surely this cannot be good for their health, right?

I saw a program on fitness on one of the channels some time back. they showed girls using colorful elastic bands, meant for exercising. these bands can be used in toning up the body. they even help you biuld muscle mass and lose fat. All this without having to lift weights. This is also a form of resistance training.

The bands are supposed to be available in fitness stores.

Regular exercise, active lifestyle, healthy eating habits. It's as simple as this!!!

But unfortunately, when we get to practising it, it becomes complicated....:)

I think we already got that distinctions. Most restaurants has got smoking and non-smoking sections. Now some local city concils are planning to ban smoking in public places.. I think from these initiations, in future we will have the Cigarette, Alcohol will be banned in public places. I don't know about the pan and ghutkas.. If ghutkas are banned then how Manickchand will afford the Maybach ???

I believe that too! Banning won't serve any purpose. But it is not about freedom or choice. It is about health. I think a very very high tax should be imposed on them, just like they did in France. and it has worked. the comsumption has come down! I agree that the addicted ones will still consume it, but the next generation will think twice before taking up such an expensive habit. It will take time, but it will happen.

Lets get into the true sense of Dieting . It is the practice of eating habit food in a regulated fashion to achieve a particular objective where in in most of the colloquial cases the goal is weight loss. So dietng does not mean skip your regular meal/ strict to a particular food or ingesting lesser calries than required amount which needsti maintan your regular metabolism.
