Aamir Khan might not be doing movies as wholesale business like most of his competitors, but when he does one, it’s no ordinary performance!

Rang De Basanti was a cult. Never before had a patriotic movie impacted the restless youth of the country the way this movie did. Though it had all the ingredients of mainline cinema, it carried a strong message, and ended in a tragic note that awakened the people to the realities of India!

Then, came Tare Zameen Par, a movie that actually placed the camera in the eyes of a seven year old kid. An that too, a dyslexic one! Could that be an easy one? No way!

Taare Zameen Par too was loved by old and young alike. And now, the good news is that there’s another movie that is taking this route. It will be about the kids, from their point of view!

This time, the project is not being taken up by someone as experienced as Aamir Khan, but a debutant director, Rajiv Sharma and the film is titled Mera Bachpan.

The movie is even more awaited because with it, you will witness the comeback of the famous actress, Helen! She said she loved the script and wanted to make a comeback with such a clutter-cutting movie!

It is good to know that even debutants are ready to take the risk of making such movies, rather than playing safe in their first attempt with a formula based one!
