Yesterday, Sony TV telecast the week old Filmfare Awards function. Every minute was certainly worth it. I believe SRK and Saif should be made the official hosts every year. Watching the awards has never been remotely interesting to me. But SRK has changed all that. It is such a refreshing change to watch something besides sugar coated mutual admiration societies that most awards funactions become with hosts like Malaika Arora Khan. Ohhhhh! How I cringe at all that silly giggling! Get a life woman...
But SRK and Saif entertained with a lot of spice and masala. I loved the way they were taking potshots at every one including themselves. It's all about having fun people. Don't take it all so seriously. Many people took potshots at them too. Like the very witty Ms. Priyanka Chopra. Thats one woman I admire for wit and intelligence. At least she doesn'y giggle like silly girls.
