Deepika Padukone, who is starring opposite the ‘khilaadi” in Chandni Chowk to China has now been bitten by the action bug. Not only has the pretty lady been training in martial arts, she has also displayed her fighting skills in the movie. With support from the stuntman Akshay himself, Deepika managed to do all her stunts by herself. Now that’s what we call Girl Power!

The promos of the film look quite interesting, and this seems to be a surefire hit in the making. If the film does well at the box office, this will be Deepika's third hit in a row, no flops! No wonder the pretty lady's fans are hailing her as the next superstar!

Recently, “Shanti” baby was spotted at an MTV Roadies event. The most famous reality show on TV has tied up with the action flick “Chandni Chowk to China” for promotion. At the event, Deepika was heard saying, “I'm sure I have gone through a lot of death defying action in the film. But I was prepared for it when I signed the film. Akshay taught me lots of action. He said that action is like dancing so you have to be very graceful while doing it. I like to believe that main next female Akshay Kumkar hoon."

Deepika has not only trained hard for her action scenes and stunts in the film, she has also changed her look to get a more oriental look. When we see a tall and physically fit woman like Deepika, who is also so sexy, we cannot help but say, “This is the Bond girl from India!”
