The star kid’s first, over hyped launch bombed at the box office. Worse still, it gave all the attention is could to her co-star, also a star son, Ranbir Kapoor, while she bit the dust!

The timid looking came girl came and disappeared into darkness, quite like her character in the movie Saawariya!

And now she has nothing in her platter that will make her appear again on the screen. Not even advertisements!

Anyway, Daddy still believes that meri beti film industry mein bada naam karegi. So now, the producer in him has woken up to reality and decided to do something about it. The Kapoor plans to make a big movie with a big star cast, involving big money and provide a ‘perfect’ film for his daughter to ‘get noticed’!

What he is forgetting is that when Sonam couldn’t firm her feet in the presence of a new comer, how will she manage to make her self visible with all the biggies around?

But there is one thing that that daddy-daughter jodi has learnt from their past mistake. This time, Anil plans to cast her in a light hearted masala flick rather than a gloomy ‘blue’ movie!

Sources say that the movie is roughly based on the classic English novel Emma‘, written by British author Jane Austen.

Now let’s see if this time daddy’s girl manages to catch the public eye.
