The word is around that Abhishek and Aishwarya are being cast for Ram and Sita in the Bollywood version of Ramayan!

The full version of the news also says that Ramayana will be portrayed on the Hollywood screen!

It is popular film maker, Ashok Banker’s fascination for mythology that has led to take such a decision. He dreams of taking Indian mythology abroad through the medium of films!

The recent tussle between Raj Thackeray and Amar Singh because of Big B launching a school in UP has raised quite a storm in Mumbai. Mumbai witnessed some minor rioting and it was reported that even Big B’s residence was targeted by miscreants. So was it more a case of gaining political mileage by both the parties concerned at the expense of (probably) India’s most famous actor – Amitabh Bachchan?
