Cabbage soup diet is not recommended for long periods as it is not a healthy diet. But it is good if you want immediate result within a week or so. after that it becomes boring besides being unhealthy. This is the detailed diet plan I found on the internet. The Cabbage Soup Diet Plan is as follows:
First Day: You can eat all types of fruits barring bananas. You can take tea, black coffee, cranberry juice all without sugar and take good amount of water. You can take as much cabbage soup as you like.
Second Day: You can eat all types of fresh, raw and cooked vegetables. Do not eat dried beans, peas or corn as they have weight gaining property. At dinner time you can eat a large baked potato with butter. Again take as much soup as you like.
Third Day: You have to combine day one and day two constituents by eating fruit and vegetables (no bananas, dried beans, peas, corn or baked potato). Eat as much cabbage soup as you like.
Fourth Day: Eat up to eight bananas and drink approx two glasses of skimmed milk. You can take as much cabbage soup as you like.
Fifth Day:: You can eat baked or grilled meat and and fresh tomatoes. Drink at least 8 to 10 glasses of water and have Cabbage Soup once in whole day. If you can not eat meat, you can eat fish or chicken in its place.
Sixth Day: You must eat up to 3 steaks and all types of vegetables you want barring potatoes. Eat the soup at least once.
Day Seven: – You can eat up to 2 bowls of boiled brown rice, drink natural fruit juices and vegetables. Eat the soup at least once in this whole day.
Observe your weight loss on each day, after 7th day you will be able to see the best optimum weight loss result.
