While dealing  with the boss certain precaution has to be taken care.

Just understand that boss is always having the EGO of superiority.

He thinks himself that he is always right.Though he knew this that he may not be correct always even  then he proved himself  to be  right.

 When ever he is boiled and he called you to come in his office immediately never go immediate just late few seconds atleast to make him atleast a little bit normal. And during the hot conversation if he ask  to explain why in a loud voice just wait a few seconds don't reply immediately otherwise if we also reply in the same tone that reflects that you are reacting which is not in favor of you.

Though work is the backbone but to tackle with the bosses is very important and crucial. Many people they are  highly educated and very intelligent but in the life race they  do not get success to that rate.

Bosses always prefer and accept alrounders hence tackling of superiors according to their positions and equations is very important to learn.In corporate world this becomes very sensitive and important to follow.
