Lemon Rice
Ingredients
Rice - 3 cups (360 g)
Ginger chopped - A small piece
Lime Juice - Juice of 3 or 4 medium sized lemons
Oil - 2 or 3 tbsps
Green Chilles chopped - 2
Salt to taste
Bengal gram - 1 tbsp
Black Gram - 1 tbsp
Mustard - 1/2 tbsp
Asafoetida - A pinch
Cashewnuts - A few
Turmeric powder - 1/2 tbsp
Curry leaves - A few
