Will somebody bring this huge giant of a company called Airtel down???? This is the nth time that my experience with this mobile service operator has been so bad. We have subscribed to the internet services through their mobile office. It has been 5 complete days that the services have been disrupted and there is no resolution in sight. Inspite of calling Airtel umpteen no. of times, there is just no response from their end. I have given up, Guys!!! I am going to just go to their office and tell them to disconnect their god damned services. I have had enough.
If anybody is considering getting Airtel mobile or GPRS, please think again! It is the worst possible mobile company and they have a very lousy customer support. Save yourself a lot of trouble and agony by looking for some other service operator.
