Sweating is something that everyone has experienced it in their daily routine of work. There is no place on earth where people can say that they never sweat. So, why do we sweat so much? Is there a tangible reason for it or this is how our body works? Well, let’s find out.

Everyone sweats when it’s hot outside. However, people sweat just not for the same reasons or in the same amounts. Some people have excessive sweating after taking a few steps on the treadmill. Others can make it through an exhausting indoor cycling class without releasing a drop.

So, here below we have 3 major reasons that will let us know why we sweat so much:

>Strong Feelings: Do you know that emotions inside you can also make you sweat even in a chilled environment. When you are angry or you are depressed you might sweat a lot. Emotional sweating triggers the sweat glands on the palms of your hands, as well as under your arms and on the soles of your feet.

>Hot and spicy food: This is very predictable that if you are eating spicy food it is normal that you will have a high amount of sweating to accommodate the spice that you are taking inside your body. Spicy foods trigger the same receptors in your skin that respond to heat, which is why you have to dab your forehead and upper lip when you eat an extra-hot curry.

>Heat and Humidity: Atmosphere and climate also play a major role to activate sweat glands. If you are staying in a coastal region or near tropical areas then the heat and high humidity will dehydrate your body in the form of sweat.  Sweating is your body's built-in cooling system. When the temperature rises, millions of tiny sweat glands in your skin are activated and sweat is released through your pores.

So, above are 3 reasons because of which you sweat so much.
