Sparkling water or Carbonated water is a water that has been mixed with carbon dioxide gas under pressure that produces a bubbly drink that’s also known as club soda, soda water, seltzer water and fizzy water.

So, how far consumption of sparkling water is bad for your health? It depends on the capacity and the intensity of its consumption. Carbonated water is formed by coalescing water with carbon dioxide under compression. Sodium and other minerals are often added to add some taste to it.

Many people believe that carbonated beverages are bad for bones because of their high acid content but if we go with scientific researchers, consumption of sparkling water boost bone mass and induces calcium thereby making it stronger and no diligent.

Another impact of drinking sparkling water have beneficial effects on cholesterol, inflammation and blood sugar. So, it has more positive counts then negative. There’s no reason to give up this infusion if you enjoy it. In fact, it may actually improve your overall health.
