It is always said that being healthy should be the main motto of every person. Sometimes you might notice that in order to be fit and all active you take some necessary measures but even with all your efforts, the effects are not matching your expectations.

There are various dietary columns that we follow in order to remain all stuffed and healthy but there are misses from our end that turns out to be ineffective and shaming. You might be working hard to be in shape but your diet isn’t supporting your expectations.

  • You are not eating much: It may sound not logical but it is true that if you starve yourself to be in a shape that you desire then you have mistaken the logic behind being healthy and fit. Eating less will not help you to become fit and strong. When you eat below about 1,200 calories per day, not only are you not eating enough to get all your nutrients, but your body slows your metabolism in order to hold on to precious calories. So start eating enough from now.
  • Rewarding exercise with food: It is commonly seen that we are focused on extreme exercising to maintain our body shape. But if you consume more food after extreme workout then it won’t help you or your body to maintain a healthy dietary. Rewarding yourself after exercise with a high-calorie treat doesn't add up to weight loss.
  • Consumption of diet drinks: We feel that drinking diet drinks won’t affect our body in a negative way. But to our surprise, excessive consumption of diet drinks may backfire. The taste of something sweet without the calories can cause your body to hold onto calories as fat. In one study, diet soda drinkers had a 178% greater increase in waist edge over 10 years, compared with non-diet-soda drinkers
  • Your diet isn’t digital: When you are health conscious, it is important that you take food on time. If your dietary column is not correct and fluctuates a lot then it won’t add any good to your body.
