Oprah Winfrey was in India recently to shoot for her Next Chapter. But as far as India is concerned, it might as well be her last chapter!

In the first segment of her show, Oprah said, "So I hear some people in India still eat with their hands!" This comment seems to have offended many people in India, including celebrities like Shobha De. Well it's okay for desi celebs to take pot shots at each other, but how can a foreigner get away with a comment like this? This is what Shobha might have been thinking when she tweeted, "'Oprah's Last Chapter! That's what angry Indians r calling the much hyped bt ridiculously shabby show. Oprah has lost her groove. Honey, pack up!"

Oops! That's nasty. Many people are jumping on to this bandwagon, but without knowing why. Oprah has not exactly committed a sin by just commenting on something that is strange and weird to her. In fact, she even attempted to eat with her hands when she went to dine with a family in Mumbai. It's high time we Indians learnt to take such comments without stirring up a war on the internet!
