She is on a high protein diet which consists of grilled fish steamed foods and salads. She has cut down on carbs and does not have any carbohdyrates after 7.30 p.m at all. She has completely stopped having rice and rotis. She has protein shakes and does not have any junk food like burgers or pizzas.
Initially on this schedule, she did feel a little weak, but has now adjusted to it. She also has a very punishing training schedule with work outs of about 6 hours a day which are interpersed with strokes on the badminton court and weight training with a special focus on her legs.
